Registration
Members of Felis Belgica, Felikat and Mundikat can use their login based on membership number and registered password.
All other exhibitors must register their membership info first before register entries.
Alternatively, you can fill in an official FIFe SHOW ENTRY FORM and send it to the shows@felisbelgica.be and to your club for confirmation.
Deadline
2 weeks before the show or when capacity has been reached
All cancellation after closing of entries remain due for payment.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Vaccinations:
-
All cats must be vaccinated against cat flew and cat disease. The vaccination must be min. 15 days old.

Foreign cats must be vaccinated against rabies. The vaccination must be min. 21 days old.
Cats must be chipped.
White cats must have a veterinary certificate of not being deaf.
If it is noticed during the show, that a cat has symptoms of disease, the cat will be removed from the show hall, together with all other cats of the same exhibitor.
FOLLOWING CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED:
-
pregnant or lactating cats
-
declawed cats
-
deaf cats
-
cats with docked tails or ears
CAGES
The club can provide cages (60 x 60 cm), but only when requested in advance!!! An additional fee of € 5,00 will be charged per cat.
When you do not request this, we only provide a table to place your own personal cages. Personal cages must be placed on the table. Protection of the table is required when your cage can make scratches.
Max. dimensions per personal cage per cat (single cage): 65 x 65 cm.
The cat must be visible for visitors.
Cage underlay, cat food, water, litter box and resting area are all mandatory.
If your cage is larger in width then 65 cm, additional space will be charged (€ 25,00 per day).
GENERAL RULES
FIFe rules are applicable. The code of ethics for exhibitors is to be respected. Everyone who registers his cats, agrees to accept the applicable FBe and FIFe rules.
The statement “for sale” is not allowed. Cats cannot be sold on show.
It is forbidden to remove cats from the show hall before the end of the best in show, unless there has been a special permit granted by the show manager. Early departure leads to disciplinary measurements, i.e. exclusion from Felis Belgica shows for the rest of the calendar year and / or withdrawal of the obtained certificates on the show.
Felis Belgica reserves the right to refuse anyone to the showhall in case of inappropriate conduct for this or future shows.
Felis Belgica is not responsible in case of damage or injuries. Participation is at your own risik.
